Observed wrapped foil packages of meat loaf in walk in cooler at 45-46*F near prep sink. As per the person in charge, the meatloaf was prepared on Sunday and cooled in the walk in cooler. Cold hold of food must be at 41*F or lower. Owner discarded the meatloaf. Observed sliced deli meats (Ham, Turley, Beef) that were sliced on 6/19/2022 in walk cooler at 45-47*F. As per the owner, the deli meats were sliced over the weekend and placed in zip lock bags in the walk in cooler. Owner discarded sliced deli meats. Advised owner that the facility may choose to leave bags unsealed until food is verified to be at 41*F or cooler.
