Inspection Comments

Conducted on site survey of two golf courses (White Wing and Quail Run courses) with RS#1439. Inspected igloo sheds at holes 2, 4, 6, 11, 13, 15 on Quail Run course and igloo sheds at holes 2, 6, 11, 13, 15 on White Wing course. All restrooms were under construction and permitted port-a-johns were in use. Discussed with general manager: locks on all igloo sheds, water overspray from sprinklers on to igloo sheds, signage of "ice not for human consumption" on ice machine in cart barn and all igloo coolers on golf carts, warewashing of all igloo coolers daily and warewashing completed at 3-compartment sink in permitted main kitchen. Currently no food service on two golf courses. Via email, provided Plan Review online application for potential food service snack shacks. Special survey report was emailed to the operator. No County legal action will result from this inspection.

e.g. -No sign reminding employees to wash hands
Verification Visits are inspections of establishments enrolled in the MCESD Cutting Edge Program, which requires an enhanced food safety program and ongoing demonstration of active managerial control. Verification Visit inspections found in compliance with Cutting Edge program requirements receive an “A” grade.
