PIC stated they would have their maintenance staff remove the ice and clean and sanitize the interior of the ice machine. Non-TCS food contact surfaces and equipment shall be cleaned at a frequency specified by the manufacturer, or absent manufacturer specifications, at a frequency necessary to preclude accumulation of soil or mold.

Due to COVID-19 concerns a signature was not obtained from the operator during this routine inspection. The inspector verbally reviewed the establishment's inspection rights with the person in charge (Wes C.) and delivered a copy of their inspection rights in an email with the inspection report. This establishment received an A Grade and had 0 Priority, 0 Priority Foundation and 1 Core violations on this inspection. No County legal action will result from this inspection.
