Person in charge (PIC) recently ran out and had not had time to get more from store. Ensure to have the appropriate sanitizer test strips available at all times for any sanitizer used in kitchen. PIC was unable to provide chlorine testing strips at time of inspection. Re-inspection will occur within 10 days.
