Discussed proper hand washing with PIC. Hands must be washed after handling dirty dishes before handling cleaned and sanitized dishes. Dishwasher washed hands for 20 seconds at the time of inspection before continuing to put away clean dishes.

Obtain a certified food protection managers certification prior to the next routine inspection. **Install at ASSE 1022 Dual Check Valve on the water in-let connection for a non-carbonated system at all coffee/tea brewers prior to next routine inspection. No County legal action will result from this inspection. Report emailed at time of inspection.
