Chemical dispenser is not rated for constant pressure and acts as a shut off and approved system cannot have a shut off downstream from the atmospheric vacuum breaker. Manager removed chemical connection to faucet. Chemical dispenser needs its own dedicated water line or just left separate from faucet.
