Observed a small counter depth refrigerator by drive through window with an internal ambient temperature of 48*F. Refrigeration unit was checked again within 30 minutes with both the facility's thermometer and minimum/maximum thermometer and temperature observed to be at 52*F. As per the person in charge the refrigerator was checked documented and at 38*F in the morning. Reviewed daily log and small refrigerator was documented to be 38*F. Food items inside were at 43*F. Items were removed and placed in other cold hold units in facility to cool back to 41*F. Unit was unplugged to defrost and person in charge will recheck the temperature. If it is not holding to keep food at 41*F, repair service will be contacted.

Emailed copy of inspection report to facility. Emailed copy of 72 hour notice with inspection.
