Core-5-205.15 (B), C: System Maintained in Good Repair; Maintained ------- Observed a small leak from the hand sink drain line at the main kitchen hand sink. PIC stated they were working to have a plumber repair the sink. Advised PIC to repair drain ASAP and maintain plumbing in good repair.

Core-2-102.12(A), C: Certified Food Protection Manager ------ Establishment does not have a valid certified food protection manager. Previous CFM certificate expired in 2012, per records. Discussed that a CFM must be available at all time to answer food safety questions for employees. Discussed retaining records onsite for CFM and employee food handler certificates. Obtain a CFM from an ANSI certified program prior to the next routine inspection. *Second repeat violation* A copy of the report was emailed to the manager. No County legal action will result from this inspection.
