Core-5-205.15 (B), C: System Maintained in Good Repair; Maintained>>>>>Observed the faucet at the three compartment sink to be leaking and the floor sink by the main soda station area to be draining very slowly. Also observed a broken atmospheric vacuum breaker on the mop sink. When turned on no water was leaking from the vacuum breaker but the top metal piece is missing. PIC stated a plumber would be contacted as soon as possible to maintain all three plumbing issues. Always maintain physical facilities and equipment in clean condition and good repair.
