PIC stated they would place a work order to have a certified pest control applicator come and eliminate the pests. Always maintain premises free of pests and if they are found use a certified pest control applicator to control the pests.

Also observed a large accumulation of organic matter in the mop sink as well. PIC stated they would be cleaned as soon as possible. Always maintain physical facilities in clean condition and good repair.
