PIC stated that the product was one day old and date marked it at time of inspection.

Core-6-501.12, C: Cleaning, Frequency and Restrictions--There is buildup of debris in the walk in cooler walls. PIC was advised to clean to sight and touch. Core-6-501.11, C: Repairing-Premises, Structures, Attachments, and Fixtures-Methods--Frostee machine had a leak under the machine, machine was out of service. PIC was advised to get the machine repaired.
