Refrigerated unit ambient temperature measured to be 60*F holding sandwiches (meats, cheeses) at 54*F and cut melon at 53*F. Per person in charge items were just stocked in unit two hours prior. Person in charge voluntarily removed items to discard. Establishment has alternate coolers holding proper temperature at time of inspection. Do not use this unit to hold time/temperature control for safety foods until it can hold 41*F or below.
