PIC discarded both items in question during this inspection. RTE, TCS foods shall always be discarded if it exceeds the 7 days at 41?F.

Due to COVID-19 concerns a signature was not obtained from the operator during this routine inspection. The inspector verbally reviewed the establishment's inspection rights with the person in charge (Jason J.) and delivered a copy of their inspection rights in an email with the inspection report. This establishment is not participating in the award program at this time and had 1 Priority, 2 Priority Foundation and 0 Core Violations on this inspection. No County legal action will result from this inspection. A reinspection will take place within 10 business days to verify the establishment has acquired new quat. test strips. Inspection report delivered via email.
