PIC was instructed to discontinue using the machine and instead use the 3 compartment sink to wash, rinse and sanitize dishes until the mechanical dishwasher can be serviced to dispense a properly concentrated (50-100ppm) chlorine sanitizer solution. Always maintain properly concentrated sanitizer solutions for use on food contact surfaces. A reinspection will take place on or before 4/16/2021 to verify the unit in question has been repaired or replaced.

Due to COVID-19 concerns a signature was not obtained from the operator during this inspection. The inspector verbally reviewed the establishment's inspection rights with the person in charge (Dawn A.) and delivered a copy of their inspection rights with the inspection report. This establishment is not participating in the award program at this time and had 1 Priority, 2 Priority Foundation and 1 Core Violations on this inspection. No County legal action will result from this inspection. Inspection report delivered via email.
