Unit was working properly on bottom two shelf but was warmer the farther up it went. Liquid eggs on top shelf was probed at 52 F, pre cooked bacon and prosciutto temperature 45 F. Per PIC liquid eggs were placed at 8 am. Liquid eggs were discarded and bacon and prosciutto to cool properly.
