Observed cold hold self serve microwaveable sandwiches in glass door deli sandwich refrigerator at 47*F. Cold hold of food to be 41*F or lower. As per the Person in charge unit was emptied and food items discarded.

Observed deli sandwiched reach in cooler with an ambient temperature of 50*F. Items inside unit ranged in temperatures between 46-47*F. Items were removed from unit and discarded. Person in charge placed work order to have unit fixed. Reinspection will be completed on or before Monday, October 10, 2022.
