Core-3-305.11, C: Food Storage-Preventing Contamination from the Premises Observed shelving unit in walk in freezer with bottom shelf in use with food being stored less then 6 inches off the floor. Instructed manager that food needs to stored 6 inches off the floor. Discussed with manager that food would need to be moved to a higher shelf before the next inspection.

Shelf did not have wheels to easily move and clean debris under the shelving unit. Discussed with manager after pointing shelf out that the bottom shelf needed to be at least 6 inches off the floor and would need to be corrected prior to next inspection.
