Per person in charge (PIC) items were brought out less than an hour prior to inspection and were moved to the walk-in to rapid cool. Discussed proper cold holding with the PIC. All TCS foods held cold must be held at 41*F or below at all times.

Of Note: - During inspection, water was turned off by City of Tempe. This facility has voluntarily closed due to the presence of potential health risk(s). Discussed with person in charge (PIC) to let inspector know when they re-open. - On July 1st, 2023, the Environmental Services Department started emailing permit card(s) and permit invoice(s) to permittees. We need a current and accurate email address on file to ensure you receive a copy of your permit card and invoice(s) upon renewal.
