Also observed a large hole in the ceiling above the main cooking line as well as several small holes in the wall to the right of the tilt kettle in the main cooking area of this establishment. Please repair, replace or install adequate 1/8 inch coved bases throughout the facility and fill or repair any gaps, cracks or holes prior to next routine inspection.

Due to COVID-19 concerns a signature was not obtained from the operator during this inspection. The inspector verbally reviewed the establishment's inspection rights with the person in charge (Ngoc C.) and delivered a copy of their inspection rights with the inspection report. At the time of inspection, this establishment was closing for the summer season. PIC allowed the inspector on-site and a facilities inspection was conducted. This establishment received an A Grade and had 0 Priority, 0 Priority Foundation and 1 Core violations on this inspection. No County legal action will result from this inspection. Discussed installing additional handwashing stations in this establishment with the PIC. Inspection report delivered via email.
