Priority Foundation-6-501.111 (C), Pf: Controlling Pests; Approved Trapping Methods/Existence Throughout establishment, mainly in the area of the dishwasher, observed more than 10 live juvenile roaches. Discussed having a licensed pest control company apply spray to the facility prior to re-inspection on 06/3/2022. Discussed increasing how often pest control specialist comes out to establishment. Correct prior to re-inspection. Core-6-501.112, C: Removing Dead or Trapped Birds, Insects, Rodents and other Pest Throughout establishment, observed insect traps from pest control company filled with dead roaches and other miscellaneous pests. PIC stated pest control will be called to replace the traps with new ones. Discussed increasing frequency of how often a certified pest control specialist is coming to establishment. All dead insects must be removed when found. Instructed PIC to remove dead pests at time of inspection. **Correct prior to next routine inspection**
