Core-3-602.11, C: Food Labels. - Observed unlabeled portioned spices and dried goods ( dates, multiple dried spices). The individual packages had no label indicating where the product is portioned out and sold. Discussed with person in charge the importance of labeling on grab and go packaged products being sold. All grab and go packaging must contain in English: Ingredients, date marking, where it was packaged/made, approximate weight, contact information of the source (phone number/email address). Repeat violation.
