Cooked jalepenos-100F in a container stored in front of the grill area. PIC stated that both items were made within last hour and voluntarily discarded-see embargo form. Keep PHF/TCS foods items in hot holding at 135F or above.

This establishment received a(n) C Grade and had 2 Priority, 0 Priority Foundation and 1 Core violations on this inspection. PIC ( Trevor S.) verbally acknowledged the inspection rights. Discussed proper storage of employee personal items with the PIC. Provided the PIC with the time as a control guidance document Emailed the inspection report. No County legal action will result from this inspection.
