Wiping cloths; properly used & stored
Core-3-304.14, C: Wiping Cloths, Use Limitation Observed bucket of quat sanitizer sitting on counter near grill that tested at a concentration of 0 ppm. Asked cashier how long bucket had been out and the cashier said they did not know. Cashier re-made sanitizer bucket and it tested in proper range (150-400 ppm). Discussed with employee that quat sanitizer should be refilled every few hours to stay at proper concentration.
