PRIORITY VIOLATION-5-205.12 (A), P: Prohibiting a Cross Connection At mop sink, inspector observed a pressure nozzle attached to the green garden hose which connected to the Atmospheric Continuous Pressure Backflow Device. Please remove pressure nozzle immediately after use to prevent the failure of the ACPB device which protecting the main water line at the mop sink faucet. Manager removed the pressure nozzle upon inspection and keep the end of the hose above the sewer line.

This establishment received a(n) A Grade and had 1 Priority, 1 Priority Foundation and 0 Core violations on this inspection. Discussion with on site manager: air gap at all drain pipe under equipment, removing dust build up on ceiling fans and inside unit's fans. No County legal action will result from this inspection. Inspection report sent to Business's email and cc to manager on duty. Re-inspection scheduled on 3/30/23.
