This establishment is not participating in the award program at this time and had one Priority, no Priority Foundation and one Core Violations on this inspection. No County legal action will result from this inspection. Per Plan Review inspector, the Taylor soft serve unit should be cleaned at every batch change. TCS food in the hot drawer units was properly hot at time of inspection, but ensure the timers are functional should the food be put under time as control for safety. Manager used time stickers to mark quality discard. Emailed report to store email address.
