PIC stated they put it in cooler at the start of their shift. Discussed with person in charge (PIC) the importance of using cups with lids for any beverages in the kitchen area, also discussed keeping any beverages and food for employees below the prep area to ensure no contamination can occur. PIC relocated beverages and food at time of inspection. Discussed with employees best practices for food and beverage in the kitchen area.

Core-2-102.12(A), C: Certified Food Protection Manager >>>Observed no Certified Food Manager (CFM) onsite at time of inspection. Person in charge (PIC) was unable to produce a certified food protection manager certificate. A CFM is required to be on the premises during all hours of operations. Provide a CFM onsite by next routine inspection. Report emailed to PIC. No County legal action will result from this inspection.
