In both instances the inspector had the employees stop and properly wash their hands before returning to work with food. Hands shall be washed and gloves shall be changed anytime any possible contamination of the gloves or hands has occurred or anytime a food employee is switching tasks.

PIC stocked the paper towel dispenser with paper towels at the time of this inspection. Handwashing sinks shall always be supplied with an ample supply of soap, paper towels and warm, running water to allow for frequent and thorough handwashing.

Due to COVID-19 concerns a signature was not obtained from the operator during this inspection. The inspector verbally reviewed the establishment's inspection rights with the person in charge (Jillian Z.) and delivered a copy of their inspection rights with the inspection report. This establishment is not participating in the award program at this time and had 1 Priority, 1 Priority Foundation and 0 Core Violations on this inspection. No County legal action will result from this inspection. Reviewed pest control invoices with the PIC during this inspection. Discussed criteria for Immediate Suspensions with the PIC (Includes: sewage present in a food establishment, no running water, no electricity, fire, flood, etc.) Inspection report delivered via email.
