Discussed the importance of utilizing thermometers to verify food temperatures and to ensure equipment is properly functioning. Discussed obtaining a min/max thermometer or temperature stickers and checking regularly to ensure normal operation. A re-inspection will take place on 9/30/2022 to ensure a temperature measuring device has been purchased.
