The temperature of the water available was measured to be 76 *F. Per manager, there is a leak that occurs when the sink is given access to hot water. Discussed with manager about handwashing procedures & temperature of handwashing sinks. Hand sink is unable to dispense adequate hot water for proper handwashing. All plumbing systems must be maintained in good repair and reach a temperature of at least 100 *F. Repair/replace prior to re-inspection on June, 23rd.

For a permanent fix to this violation, check out these simple tools in our Active Managerial Control Toolbox, made especially for you. https://www.maricopa.gov/4576/AMC-Toolbox---Cold-Holding.---Observed time/temperature for safety prepackaged cups of yogurt in a reach-in cooler at the breakfast bar and at the temperature of 50 *F. The ambient temperature of the unit was measured to be 51 *F with a min/max thermometer. The person in charge stated that they had been there for an hour. Discussed with person in charge that the establishment must ensure the all time/temperature controlled for safety foods have internal temperatures 41*F and below. Person in charge moved the yogurt cups to the reach in refrigerator at the time of inspection.
