Dishes were rewashed, rinsed, and sanitized and placed on rack to properly dry. Ensure that equipment and utensils are properly air dried to prevent accumulation of water. Person in charge stated that the issue had been addressed with the owner and that the manager was working on fixing the leaks. Ensure that physical facility is maintained and in good repair.
