Priority Foundation-6-301.12, Pf: Hand Drying Provision. -- No paper towels at front handwashing sink. The dispenser had towels inside but was not in working order and would not dispense them and there was no way to open the dispenser. The person in charge (PIC) states that they do not have the key to open the dispenser. Per PIC, the flour and the sanitizer had been delivered the day before. Discussed the importance of separating toxic chemicals from foods immediately after receiving deliveries.

At the time of inspection the door on the freezer was not tightly closed.
