PRIORITY VIOLATION-5-205.15 (A), P: System Maintained in Good Repair; According to Law--- The only hand sink in kitchen area was not properly working at time of inspection. Person in charge stated she will have hand sink fixed by tomorrow and before re-inspection that will be conducted within 3 days. Establishment will have cooks use the wash basin of 3-compartment sink until hand sink is functioning properly but will make sure no dishes are being washed while 3-compartment sink is being used as a hand sink. A PLUMBING SYSTEM shall be Repaired according to LAW and Maintained in good repair.
