Of note: observed water at hand sink in concession area to take approximately 5 minutes to get to 100*F, water should reach 100*F within a minute to promote proper handwashing. PIC stated the water takes longer to heat up in the winter but hasn't had an issue with it in the summer. Ensure water is at 100*F prior to washing hands for proper handwashing. This establishment received an A Grade and had 0 Priority, 0 Priority Foundation and 0 Core violations on this inspection. No County legal action will result from this inspection. Report emailed to PIC.
