Core-5-205.15 (B), C: System Maintained in Good Repair; Maintained------ Under the three compartment sink, observed a constant leak from the third basin when it was in use. Also at the prep sink, observed a constant leak coming from the water faucet. PIC will have all of these leaks repaired. Please ensure all plumbing is maintained in good repair.

Core-6-201.11, C: Floors, Walls and Ceilings-Cleanability----- Throughout the kitchen, especially in the dishwashing area, observed broken floor tiles and areas of the grout that have become deep. Some of these area had pooling water. Some areas were also missing cove base tiles. PIC stated they will look into having all of the kitchen floors repaired so that they are all smooth and easily cleanable.

This establishment received a(n) A Grade and had 0 Priority, 0 Priority Foundation and 3 Core violations on this inspection. Core-2-102.12(A), C: Certified Food Protection Manager----PIC was unable to produce documentation showing that there is a certified food manager employed at this establishment. PIC will obtain the certifications for employees so that there is always one person ON DUTY who has a food manager certification. No County legal action will result from this inspection. Simone B. verbally acknowledged inspection rights. The Inspection Report was printed and delivered at time of inspection.
