Observed salsa in single door glass front refrigerator for wait staff at 51*F. Cold hold of temperature control for safety foods to be 41*F or lower. As per the person in charge the salsas had been filled two hours prior to the inspection. Person in charge chose to discard product.

Observed single door glass front refrigerator with an ambient temperature at 50.5*F. Cold hold equipment must be at a temperature that holds food at 41*F or lower. Person in charge placed all temperature control for safety foods in other service refrigerators and contacted repair company. As per the person in charge, refrigerator will not be used until it is repaired.
