This establishment received a(n) A Grade and had 0 Priority, 0 Priority Foundation and 0 Core violations on this inspection. Notes -Discussed with person in charge about attaching hose bibb vacuum breakers to any hose bibb connections that supply water. This is to ensure each of these hose bibb connections has proper back flow protection. -Discussed with person in charge/staff that any raw ground beef or pork items should be stored below beef and pork that is not ground. In general ground raw meats will have a higher minimum cooking temperature that the non-ground versions of these meats. The only exception is ground turkey which will be cooked to 165 degrees same as all other poultry. -No signature obtained. Inspection rights made available upon request to person in charge (Nathan) -Report delivered via email No County legal action will result from this inspection.
