Priority Foundation-5-103.11, Pf: Capacity-Quantity and Availability....Both hot and cold water turned off at only hand washing sink available in the meat cutting room. Manager stated a broken valve was causing the water to not shut off, so had been turned off completely. Manager provided a portable hand washing station with hot water, soap and paper towels until the sink is repaired and can provide sufficient hand washing for the room. Please contact EHS when repairs are done and restored to use.
