Advised person in charge (PIC) that equipment shall be maintained in good repair to ensure proper operation. PIC stated they will have the handwashing sink repaired as soon as possible. Core-4-101.19, C: Nonfood-Contact Surfaces Edges underneath cabinet counter prep surfaces and cabinet drawer edges are bare wood. Advised person in charge (PIC) that kitchen nonfood contact surfaces shall be constructed of a material that is smooth and easily cleanable. PIC stated they will have the cabinets repaired.

This establishment received a(n) A Grade and had 0 Priority, 0 Priority Foundation and 3 Core violations on this inspection. Kitchen was not preparing/serving food at time of inspection. Kitchen utilized a "residential" type refrigerator. Advised PIC that only an ANSI/NSF "commercial" type refrigerator shall be used. When refrigerator is replaced, please replace with an ANSI/NSF approved refrigerator. Inspection rights verbally reviewed with person in charge, Joanne M. Kitchen thermometer's lowest temperature reading is 50 degrees F. Advised PIC to obtain a thermometer which can measure temperatures to 41 degrees F and below. No County legal action will result from this inspection. Emailed inspection report.
