No cooking, kitchen only serves ready yo eat food and snacks Kitchen utilized a "residential" type refrigerator. Advised PIC that only an ANSI/NSF "commercial" type refrigerator shall be used. When refrigerator is replaced, please replace with an ANSI/NSF approved refrigerator. No County legal action will result from this inspection. Emailed inspection report.
