Core-6-501.11, C: Repairing-Premises, Structures, Attachments, and Fixtures-Methods Observed hole in wall of back kitchen storage area, near soda fountain rack. Additionally, observed floor covering peeling up from floor in same area. Advised person in charge (PIC) that areas in kitchen shall be maintained in good repair to ensure surfaces are smooth and easily cleanable. PIC stated they will have the wall and flooring repaired as soon as possible.
