The eggs were moved below. At the grill, observed a pan of cooked chicken breasts stored directly on top of an open box of raw chicken. The cooked chicken was transferred to a clean pan to prevent the potential of cross-contamination of work surfaces (from the underside of the pan). Reviewed with the PIC and staff.
