Per owner the holes will be repaired in the wall specified. Please ensure to maintain physical facility in good repair at all times.

Core-6-303.11, C: Intensity-Lighting--During inspection observed the lights (linear light bulbs) above the kitchen/preparation area to not be operational. The lights (linear light bulbs) in the dry storage room were also observed to not be operational. Per owner the lights (linear light bulbs) above the kitchen and in the dry storage room would be repaired/replaced to ensure they are operational at all times. Please ensure the food establishment has adequate and sufficient lighting during all hours of operation.
