Establishment has removed three compartment sink and installed in a single compartment sink in a different area that was previously walled off. Per operator this is temporary and sink will be used to wash, rinse and sanitize food contact surfaces today and tomorrow until next stage of renovation requires demolition of food prep area and open food service will be discontinued. Three compartment sink is required to ensure wares are properly washed, rinsed and sanitized. Follow up required within ten days.

Due to the violations noted on this inspection report, County legal action may result from this inspection. Core-2-102.12(A), C: Certified Food Protection Manager. Establishment does not have Certified Food Protection Manager. Certified Food Protection Manager is required to be on-site during hours of operation. Please provide. Printed and emailed inspection report. Establishment has removed flooring and base, removed three compartment sink, removed wall by walk in and where three compartment sink previously was, and is serving open/time temperature control for safety foods (chicken, potato wedges, corn dogs). Per operator food service is scheduled to be discontinued tomorrow for next stage of renovation. Upon inspection, a remodel has taken place which may require an application and plans to be submitted, and/or additional permits. Please submit an application, supporting documentation, and fees within 5 business days. Provided application for remodel permit via email.
