Maintain raw animal proteins stored below ready-to-eat foods to reduce the risk of cross-contamination. The produce items were relocated away from the raw seafood.

This establishment is not participating in the award program at this time and had 1 Priority, 0 Priority Foundation violations on this inspection. No County legal action will result from this inspection. Observed outdoor bar that was not in use or operating for the public at the time of inspection. This bar lacks an approved handwashing sink and is not approved for use while serving at events that are open to the public. Inspector emailed Permit Exemptions guidance document. Also observed a portable grill that is also not approved for use at events open to the public. Permits may be obtained to to use the grill for outdoor cooking at temporary events. On July 1st, 2023, the Environmental Services Department started emailing permit card(s) and permit invoice(s) to permittees.
