Core-6-201.11, C: Floors, Walls and Ceilings-Cleanability - Broke floor tiles observed in ware wash area and on cook-line. Please replace/repair the tiles prior to next routine inspection. Caulking on hand wash station on cook-line is separating from the wall and requires repair/replacement. Please affix the sink to the wall and provide new caulking prior to next routine inspection. Please provide smooth, easily cleanable, durable, and non-absorbent surfaces to these areas.

e.g. -No sign reminding employees to wash hands
Verification Visits are inspections of establishments enrolled in the MCESD Cutting Edge Program, which requires an enhanced
food safety program and ongoing demonstration of active managerial control. Verification Visit inspections found in compliance
