Please ensure that handwashing sink is not blocked and it is accessible at all times. Priority Foundation-6-301.12, Pf: Hand Drying Provision---Observed no paper towels at handwashing sink. PIC provided at time of inspection. Priority Foundation-5-203.11, Pf: Handwashing Sinks-Numbers and Capacities---Observed only handwashing sink with broken handles and unable to turn on.
