Onsite visit and walkthrough conducted with store director, Joey M., Store director relayed recent issues with adequate water supply and stated that the issues have all been resolved. Water supply in bathrooms has been fully restored and was verified by inspector at time of visit. Provided "Suspension of Operating Permit - Reasons" document to establishment to make them aware of instances that would necessitate a voluntary closure or risk an immediate suspension. No further action required.
