No County legal action will result from this inspection. Verbally reviewed inspection rights with Yenice T. Emailed inspection report. Discussed ensuring all time/temperature control for safety food items held in establishment longer than 24 hours are date marked and discarded after seven days of total time (with freezing pausing time allowed). Establishment is in the process of updating/repair of wall shelving. Discussed glove use, hand washing, etc. Establishment is in the process of updating menus, provided consumer advisory guidance examples. Core-2-102.12(A), C: Certified Food Protection Manager. Owner is in the process of obtaining new food manager certification and has signed up for course. Please obtain and keep certificate on-site at all times for inspector review.
