Core-3-304.12 , C: In-Use Utensils, Between-Use Storage Observed container of salsa in reach in refrigerator with a small handleless cup used for serving in container. The whole cup was observed in the container of salsa. The establishment shall use utensils with handles for serving salsa to prevent contamination of food. The person in charge replaced the cup with a ladle.
