PRIORITY VIOLATION-5-202.11 (A), P: Approved System... Mop sink had a faucet equipped with an atmospheric vacuum breaker (AVB) device, faucet was also feeding a wall mounted chemical dispenser (downstream of AVB), connected by a y-valve and hose, while system was on and under pressure. Faucet was turned off and y-valve with chemical dispenser was removed at time. Please ensure only approved systems are installed and AVB devices are not submit to continuous pressure and abuse.
